This Guideline for the Insurance and Pensions Industry on Adjusting Insurance and
Pension Values in Response to Currency Reforms is issued in terms of Section 3 (1)
(a) of Statutory Instrument 69 of 2020 which empowers the Insurance and Pensions
Commission to issue guidelines and standards following currency conversions.
